Minnow Films are looking for experienced Production Managers, Senior Production Managers & Unit Managers to work on large scale Constructed Factual series' for major US & UK broadcasters.

We're looking to fill roles from experienced & highly organised people within Production Management with excellent communication skills, who can help deliver a fast-moving, ambitious series, across various departments; Travel/Accommodation, Fixed Rig/Build, Off-Rig/Challenge, Cast & Welfare. Experience with international filming, complex logistics and working with large teams is preferred, but not essential.

Key Requirements:

1. Ensure accurate financial tracking & cost reporting skills (Excel)
2. Managing large teams and adapting to schedule changes
3. Staffing, Negotiating & Contracting

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

1. Fixed Rig / Build Reality Production Management
2. Challenge / Stunt / Task Production Management
3. Logistics & Unit Management
4. Casting & Welfare Production Management
5. Large Scale Travel & Accommodation Management

Location & Dates:

1. Full-time role, based at our London office
2. On-location abroad for approx. 4 weeks during April - May 2026
3. Staggered start dates: Mid-January, February, and March 2026
