Studio Lambert, in partnership with Amazon MGM Studios, is offering a unique opportunity for an experienced researcher to step up into a specialist Edit Assistant Producer role through a structured 22-week traineeship.

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving diversity and inclusion within television, we particularly welcome applications from candidates from ethnically diverse or lower socio-economic backgrounds, as well as deaf, disabled and neurodivergent talent groups that are currently underrepresented within our industry.

This opportunity is aimed at a highly creative and motivated researcher or junior AP with strong story experience who is ready to take the next step in their career in the edit. Although some initial training will be provided, the role does require those applying to have some experience working in Avid as they will be required to be hands on technically and work independently. The traineeship offers the chance to develop a broad range of skills across within a supportive and collaborative environment.

This is a full-time, London-based role starting on 15th June 2026, in the edit. We will consider flexible working requests where possible.

How to apply:

Please apply via Talent Bases with a short statement (no more than 600 words) outlining your relevant experience and how you would benefit from this opportunity.

Applications close: 11th March.

We are an inclusive employer and welcome CVs from disabled applicants. If you have any queries regarding adjustments or access requirements, please include in your application.

Please note, due to a high number of applications we cannot respond to everyone individually.
