ROLE: Senior Casting & Welfare Producer

DATES: ASAP – 19th June 2026 (This is 4 days per week until 23rd March then Full-Time)

BASE: London & High Wycombe (2 days per week in High Wycombe required)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Casting & Welfare Producer to join a high-profile primetime reality format.

This is a senior role requiring strong experience across both casting and contributor welfare. The successful candidate will manage the casting team, oversee casting materials and contributor pitches, cut tapes when required, lead compliance processes in pre-production, and run Welfare on location during the shoot.

This is not standard dating casting. We are searching for real farmers and matches across the UK, a unique and distinctive cast, and need someone who can spot genuine character, emotional depth and long-term story potential.

Key Responsibilities

·Manage and support a small casting team, ensuring targets and deadlines are met

·Oversee targeted casting strategy, including sourcing, outreach and in-depth screening

·Supervise the creation of casting tapes and contributor profiles and cut tapes if required

·Manage casting edits and pitch materials for Senior Team and Broadcaster review

·Maintain clear reporting lines to the Senior Production Team on casting progress and contributor updates

·Apply strong editorial judgement to identify story potential.

·Assess contributor suitability and vulnerability with sensitivity and sound judgement

·Lead and manage the Welfare team on location, acting as senior escalation point for welfare matters during filming
