WELFARE RESEARCHER
Dates: Late April until beginning of July

We are seeking an experienced Welfare Researcher for a popular BBC returning factual entertainment competition show.
Looking for someone who is highly organised and can demonstrate a number of credits in the role. A background in casting and welfare, and experience managing and looking after contributors is vital.
The Welfare Researcher role involves working as part of the welfare team. You will be involved in managing all pre-checks of contributors from the selection process through to going into the house: bio’s / psych checks/ background checks/ DBS. Overseeing day to day welfare of all contributors with the help of the team and liaising back to your Senior Producer. Liaising with task teams to aid in the smooth running of task days. Assisting with the welfare notes at the end of the day. Overseeing days off for the contributors. The Welfare Researcher is required to live in the house for the 8 weeks duration of the filming period (will be able to go home on day off). The initial period of the contract will be office based.
