PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

Talkback Thames are looking for an experienced PRODUCTION COORDINATOR for a new entertainment format. Filming will take place in Europe in June 2026.

Location: London, 4x days office minimum (Mon-Thu) plus 1x day remote. Shoot in location in Europe in early June.

Dates: 6th April – 3rd July

We’re looking for someone with a background working across entertainment formats and liaising with high profile talent and their teams on the ground. Ideally also would have experience overseeing casting background checks, social media checks and DBS procedure. The role will include managing a large amount of international travel and hotel requirements whilst liaising with international colleagues to implement these logistics.

You must have the right to live and work in the UK and hold a valid passport.
