Studio Lambert, in partnership with Amazon MGM Studios, is offering a unique opportunity for an experienced researcher or Junior AP to step up into a specialist Assistant Producer role through a structured 16-week traineeship.

As part of our ongoing commitment to improving diversity and inclusion within television, we particularly welcome applications from candidates from ethnically diverse or lower socio-economic backgrounds, as well as deaf, disabled and neurodivergent talent groups that are currently underrepresented within our industry.

This opportunity is aimed at a highly creative and motivated researcher or junior AP with strong forward-planning, story or development experience, who is ready to take the next step in their career in reality television. The traineeship offers the chance to develop a broad range of skills across editorial development, filming on location within a supportive and collaborative environment.

This is a full-time, London-based role starting in mid-March, with some time spent on location. We will consider flexible working requests where possible.

How to apply:

Please apply via Talent Bases with a short statement (no more than 600 words) outlining your relevant experience and how you would benefit from this opportunity.

Applications close: 11th March.

We are an inclusive employer and welcome CVs from disabled applicants. If you have any queries regarding adjustments or access requirements, please include in your application.

Please note, due to a high number of applications we cannot respond to everyone individually.
