ROLE: Casting Researcher

LOCATION: High Wycombe

DATES: 6th April - 21st August 2026


Naked West (a Fremantle Label) is crewing up for the BBC’s returning and hugely successful series, ‘Escape to the Country’. A fantastic opportunity for experienced Casting Researchers with a love of people and property to join a well-established, supportive and creative team committed to producing inspiring, entertaining, aspirational and heartfelt on-screen stories.

 

  1. Applicants will ideally have experience of shooting and be confident drivers.
  2. Escape undertakes a thorough casting process to find a suitable range of candidates with feasible house-hunting requirements, so potential candidates will have an excellent phone manner, be highly organised, adept at crucial & detailed paperwork and able to produce inexperienced contributors on casting shoots.
  3. This role is best suited to those with great self-motivation and time management.

 

The role entails office prep plus location shoots throughout the UK. Office prep will be a mixture of WFH and 3+ days per week at our regional office in High Wycombe so please ensure you have checked and are happy with the commute ahead of applying.

 

Interviews will take place in person in High Wycombe in Feb/March
