Production Coordinators – Escape to the Country

Location: High Wycombe

Dates: 30th March – 2nd October 2026

Naked West is looking for PRODUCTION COORDINATORS to work on the returning BBC series Escape to the Country.

Ø We are looking for applicants with experience on long-running, multi-episode productions who can demonstrate the ability to deal with the challenges of supporting shooting teams who will be in often remote locations across the UK.

Ø The production coordinators will be required to organise logistics across multiple shoot teams at various stages of prep & shoot simultaneously – needing a good ability to multitask and prioritise.

Ø The roles would suit applicants with great attention to detail who thrive on problem solving and maintaining detailed paperwork - tracking info for post production paperwork, albert etc whilst also prepping & supporting weekly shoots.

Ø Confident communication skills and a proven ability to build relationships are essential as the roles will involve dealing with multiple teams, contributors, presenters & locations owners etc including being required to arrange filming permissions & negotiate filming fees.

Ø Coordinators will work under the PM, taking ownership of their own shoots & small crews whilst working collaboratively with other members of the management team to control kit & car logistics and housekeeping across the series as a whole. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

Ø Ability to drive and understanding of cars is useful.

Minimum 3 days per week from our High Wycombe office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays as standard) with other days WFH - please ensure that you are happy to commute to and work from High Wycombe before applying.
