Casting / Welfare Production Coordinator
Dates: 4th May to 26th June 2026 4 days p/w in the office
Base: London & High Wycombe
The ideal candidate will have experience in handling paperwork for a large number of contributors. They must be confident reporting flags to their line manager and handling sensitive information, following GDPR guidelines. Previous experience on location and managing logistics on location and overseeing cashflow.
- Previous coordinator credits.
- Proven experience in high volume paperwork management and working to deadlines.
- A good general understanding of Welfare and Casting protocols.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace on a high-profile format
- As this is a regional production it will require working 2 days per week out of our High Wycombe office.
- Applicant’s main base must be outside of the M25.
- Will need to be on a farm location from 1st June – 19th June within the UK.
