PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
STV Studios is looking for an experienced Glasgow based Production Coordinator to join the team on a returning high volume series.
Start Date: 27th April
Duration: approximately 6 months
Based: office based in Glasgow
The successful will be required to
·Liaise with the editorial team making logistical arrangements for the location-based filming teams
· Write call sheets for each shoot and ensure the location team are efficiently supplied with the latest information including any changes
·Makes travel and accommodation arrangements for the location team alongside Production Secretary
·Be proactive and forward thinking, trouble shooting problems and finding solutions to support the team on the ground
·Supporting the Line Producer as required
·Assist with post production paperwork, including release forms and permissions for archive, ensuring that these are completed accurately and saved
·Work with the Post PM and Line Producer to ensure all deliverables are completed
Key experience for this role
·Ideal candidate will have previously worked on high volume series and fast turnaround schedules
·Experience setting up location based filming including booking travel and accommodation for multiple crew members and talent
·Sound knowledge of Silvermouse paperwork and Albert Certification paperwork
·Experience of copyright and archive desirable
·Previous experience of using Access Booking system and PMI desirable
·Experience of using Airtable advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
Please note this is not an entry level position and previous experience working as a Production Coordinator is essential for this role.
