Welfare Production Coordinator
Dates: 25th May to 26th June 2026 4 days p/w in the office - on location from 29th May.
Base: Regional (with ad hoc prep / wrap days in London office)
This role is mainly based on location with 1 week prep/training in the office and 1 week wrap up in the office.
The ideal candidate must be confident handling day to day shoot logistics, working closely with the welfare team on site. Comfortable reporting flags to their line manager and handling sensitive information, following GDPR guidelines. Previous shoot location experience and managing cash flow.
- Previous coordinator credits.
- A good general understanding of Welfare and Casting protocols.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace on a high-profile format.
- Applicant’s main base must be outside of the M25 (this is a regional production.)
- Will need to be on a farm location from 29th May – 19th June within the UK.
