ROLE: TEAM ASSISTANT (with AI skills)

We are delighted to be working with EarlyBird again and thrilled to be bringing another brilliant role to market with them.

EarlyBird is looking for an ambitious Team Assistant who brings something a bit different to the table. If you're organised, proactive, and genuinely excited about how AI is changing the way we make television, this one's for you.

You’ll know your Claude from your Gemini and Nano Banana, and how to get the best out of them.You’ll already have 6-12 months working in television or another creative industry under your belt and be ready to hit the ground running.

What you'll need

? 6 to12 months experience working in television or a related creative environment

? Strong AI design skills and the ability to use these tools confidently and creatively in development

? Brilliant organisation and communication skills with the ability to support a busy team across multiple projects

? Ambition and drive. You're someone who wants to reach the top, who takes initiative, spots what needs doing, and gets on with it.
