An exciting new unscripted dating format π is in the final stages of development and the award winning production company is keen to connect with experienced editorial talent available for staggered starts from May onwards π for potential upcoming roles.
We are looking for individuals with:
β¨ A strong background in entertainment and reality
π₯ Experience in premium, high-volume dating or relationship formats
πΊ Credits including (but not limited to): Married at First Sight, Love Is Blind, Love Island, or similar large-scale reality series (fast turn-around edits are a bonus β‘)
π Shoots in the UK and abroad

Key qualities:
πͺ Proven ability to work in fast-turnaround, high-pressure environments
π§ Strong editorial judgement and storytelling instincts
π Experience working with contributors in sensitive, relationship-led formats
π Confidence working across multiple storylines and production teams
π This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting new project from the ground up. Roles, locations, and timelines are yet to be confirmed, but we are keen to start conversations and build a strong talent pool.
