📣 ROLES:                  

PRODUCTION MANAGER                🗓️26 JAN TO APRIL

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR      🗓️12 JAN TO APRIL

PRODUCTION SECRETARY             🗓️2 FEB TO APRIL

📍LOCATION:          LONDON

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS – ALL ROLES:

✅ Need to be based in London office minimum 3 days per week but there may be the need for 4 days office based work around filming

✅ Must be available throughout March for 5 week UK shoot

✅ Experienced working as part of a small but collaborative and dynamic team

✅ Must be personable and passionate, with excellent communication skills

PRODUCTION MANAGER

We are looking for experienced PMs who:

✅ Have experience of planning location shoots around UK with complex logistics

✅ Are accustomed to running efficient cost monitors, staffing/shooting schedules, travel/hotels/catering logistics, risk assessments, call sheets/ movement orders, crewing up, contracting crew/staff, booking kit, liaising with locations, consultants, H&S, post and working with talent.

✅ Have a calm head and sense of humour

✅ PM will need to oversee a smooth media management/logging plan so technical understanding in this area would be helpful

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

We are looking for experienced PCs who:

✅Bring energy and enthusiasm to support the LP & PM with all day-to-day logistics; are confident sense-checking information and flagging issues early.

✅Have great attention to detail, love spreadsheets, are super organised and able to build brilliant call sheets!

✅Are experienced hiring and managing a team of runners

✅Are confident organising multiple travel itineraries, speaking to suppliers, organising deliveries and negotiating good deals.

PRODUCTION SECRETARY

We are looking for experienced PSs who:

✅Are experienced in supporting the production team with additional logistics ie booking couriers, arranging travel, managing release forms and other production paperwork including financial reconciliations.

✅Are proactive and willing to help across all departments as needed.

✅PS will work with the PC to oversee the runner team.
