ROLE:  EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

NEW RELATIONSHIP FORMAT FOR A MAJOR STREAMER 

We're looking for a brilliant Executive Producer to lead a brand-new relationship format for a major streamer.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced EP with a strong background in factual entertainment, documentaries and/or relationship and dating formats, who loves great storytelling and wants to be part of creating something genuinely new and original.

We're particularly interested in people who can bring a mix of experience to the table. Dating or relationship format experience is important, but we'd also love to hear from EPs with strong fact-ent and documentary credits. We're not necessarily looking for someone who has only worked in dating!

The production will have teams based in both the UK and US, so brilliant communication skills, collaboration and confident team management will be essential.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

?? Has experience working on relationship or dating formats, alongside a broader background in factual entertainment and/or documentaries.

?? Is a brilliant storyteller with strong editorial instincts and the ability to find and develop compelling, emotionally engaging stories.

?? Has excellent communication and team management skills, with the confidence to lead and collaborate with teams across the UK and US.

?? Has experience working on and delivering US shows - preferable but not essential.

?? Is a collaborative, supportive leader who knows how to bring teams together and get the best out of people.

?? Has a strong understanding of contributor welfare and duty of care.

?? Is creative, ambitious and excited by the opportunity to help shape something fresh and original.

? Can balance creative ambition with the practical demands of delivering a major streamer production.
