We're looking for an experienced Production Executive to join a busy independent production company, overseeing a small slate of unscripted productions.
Ideally, you'll have strong experience across entertainment and reality plus streamer commissions, be brilliant at managing multiple productions and have a really good understanding of welfare and duty of care.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
?? Has strong Production Executive credits across unscripted television, ideally including reality and entertainment formats and major streamer commissions.
?? Is confident overseeing a small slate of productions, managing budgets, schedules, resources and delivery.
?? Has significant experience overseeing welfare and duty of care, particularly on contributor-led or reality productions.
?? Is brilliant at problem-solving, juggling competing priorities and supporting production teams.
? Is a strong, supportive leader who can work closely with senior editorial and production teams.
?? Is confident managing production processes, compliance and the demands of multiple productions running simultaneously.
