Studio Lambert is looking for a Talent Assistant to join our busy Talent team, to help us find and engage the brilliant off-screen talent behind some of the best unscripted television.

This is a heavily administrative role where organisation, accuracy and attention to detail are everything. You’ll provide first-rate administrative support across the recruitment and hiring process, keeping things moving and making sure no detail is missed.

This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone with previous administrative experience who is ready to take their first step into the television industry. If you’re motivated, organised and genuinely passionate about unscripted TV, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Requirements:

  1. Proven administrative experience
  2. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  3. A proactive approach to managing tasks and deadlines
  4. A confident, professional telephone manner
  5. Basic knowledge of Canva
  6. A basic understanding of roles within unscripted television
  7. Confident communication skills and the ability to engage with people at all levels
  8. A genuine passion for television and enthusiasm for starting a career in unscripted TV
