Studio Lambert is looking for an experienced Production Secretary to join the post-production team working on a new, factual entertainment series for a UK broadcaster.

We’re looking for someone highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow established post-production processes and confidently manage systems and administration.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Collating and managing release forms and associated paperwork
  2. Completing and submitting Silvermouse paperwork
  3. Booking and coordinating viewings
  4. Maintaining accurate production records and systems
  5. Supporting the edit team with general administrative duties
  6. Ensuring paperwork and production processes are completed accurately and within deadlines
  7. Providing general production support as required

Experience in a similar role would be advantageous, as would familiarity with Silvermouse.

Please note: This is not an entry-level role. Applicants must have a minimum of two Production Secretary credits to be considered.

Contract details:

Contract: 7th December 2026 – 2nd April 2027

Working pattern: 5 days per week

Location: Central London

Working arrangement: Office-based. This is not a remote or work-from-home position.
