ROLE: SHOOTING PRODUCER/DIRECTOR – FOOD
DATES: START ASAP FOR 11 WEEKS – split between now & March 2027 (subject to shooting schedule confirmation)
LOCATION : LONDON
South Shore is looking for an experienced Shooting Producer/Director with strong food experience to help create original content for a major brand’s YouTube channel.
THE ROLE
This role is ideal for a creative and technically skilled filmmaker who is equally comfortable developing ideas, creating food-led content specifically for YouTube, directing contributors and capturing high-quality footage in a range of environments, as well as capturing moments for shorts and vertical content alongside the main films.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
?? Proven food content experience — food, cooking, chefs, restaurants, lifestyle or food entertainment
?? Strong Shooting PD / Producer Director credits
?? Excellent editorial and creative instincts, with the ability to develop ideas and find the story
?? Confident directing talent and contributors
?? Strong technical camera and shooting skills
?? A genuine understanding of YouTube storytelling, formats and audience retention
?? Comfortable shooting content for short-form / vertical platforms
?? Ability to edit on Premier Pro ideal but not compulsory – contract could be extended to include edit.
