Studio Lambert is looking for a Development AP to join their busy development team. 

This is a six-week fixed term contract, providing additional support during the pre-Christmas period. 

Studio Lambert is the award-winning company who make the The Traitors, Race Across The World, Gogglebox, Squid Game: The Challenge and many more. The development team is the creative heartbeat, tasked with creating and adapting bold, innovative and ambitious formats with scale and international appeal. 

What we’re looking for:

  1. Proven experience creating and developing formats for major UK (and ideally US) networks and streamers
  2. Great design skills, with the ability to create a fresh, eye-catching pitch deck. Experience with PowerPoint, Canva, Photoshop desirable. 
  3. Excellent writing ability, with experience producing clear, concise and persuasive treatments, one-pagers and pitch presentations, with a great eye for detail. 
  4. Solid knowledge of the UK and US TV markets, and a genuine passion for unscripted content.
  5. Research skills - especially for talent and trends.
  6. Confidence and great communication skills to effectively contribute to brainstorms and team discussions.
  7. A creative, proactive team player who thrives working and trouble-shooting collaboratively.

This is a London-based role.

Rate: Negotiable, depending on experience

Dates: Monday 9th November 2026 to Friday 18th December 2026
