ROLE:  SENIOR VIDEOGRAPHER / VIDEO EDITOR (PODCAST)

DATES: ASAP START TO END OCTOBER

LOCATION: CHISWICK OFFICE / ON LOCATION / HYBRID

Mitre Studios is looking for a Senior Videographer / Video Editor specialising in podcast content for Ant & Dec’s creative business.

The role covers podcast content and wider digital projects at Mitre Studios. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong video editing, organisation and motion graphics skills.

Please include links to previous videography and editing work, outlining your role on each project.

Production & Creative

1. Visual and technical setup of podcast productions, including cameras, lighting, and studio workflows
2. Design and produce bespoke graphical assets and motion elements for each show
3. Collaborate on the development and execution of new creative formats and production ideas
4. Oversee recording sessions and ensure smooth studio operation during shoots

Editing & Post-Production (Main Ep AND Bonus Ep)

1. Manage end-to-end post-production workflows across podcast content
2. Organise, ingest, sync and prepare media for editorial teams and overnight edit workflows
3. Edit full-length podcast episodes with 2 rounds of feedback
4. Produce additional graphics, visual elements, and finishing touches throughout the edit process
5. Coordinate audio mix preparation and final delivery workflows
6. Deliver final mastered versions for export, upload, and distribution across platforms

Our Ideals:

·      Multiple years’ experience editing and shooting content, ideally for podcast content

·      Highly proficient in Adobe Suite for post-production and motion graphics, including Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.

·      Excellent creative skills and an eye for detail.

·      Enjoy the world of entertainment, podcasting and social media.

·      Strong organisation and time management skills - this will involve fast turnarounds with tight deadlines.

· Ability to travel regularly into London and other locations, and to work out of hours (for live events / TV shows recordings / podcast recordings) as required.
