We’re hiring a Development Executive at Studio Ramsay Global.
From global hits to bold, returnable formats, Studio Ramsay is behind some of the biggest and most talked-about shows in unscripted television working with major broadcasters and streamers in the UK and internationally.
It’s a brilliant time to join the team as they continue to build, scale and push into ambitious, global formats.
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes big, ambitious reality and factual entertainment; and most importantly, has a proven track-record in creating and selling premium formats. We’re looking for someone who is obsessed with new trends in reality and wants to help shape the future of the genre.
We want a strong ideas generator who is an excellent writer and can design decks.
We’re keen to hear from people who’ve made it as well as developed it.
If you’ve helped launch a big new first series, nutted out ambitious formats, and overseen ambitious shoots, we want to hear from you too.
You’ll be:
– Generating bold, original ideas with real scale in the reality and fact-ent space
– Developing returnable formats for UK and global buyers
– Collaborating with a highly creative, fast-moving team
– Taking ideas from spark to pitch
You are:
– Obsessed with unscripted across broadcasters, platforms and streamers
– A creative thinker with sharp editorial instincts
– Commercially aware, you know what sells and why
– Someone who backs their ideas and can bring others with you
– Energised by big swings, not safe bets
