Studio Lambert is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join the build team on a new factual entertainment series.

The successful candidate will be confident in managing suppliers, coordinating multiple departments, and working to detailed build schedules. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to anticipate challenges, solve problems effectively, and plan ahead.

This role requires a highly organised and proactive coordinator with solid experience across core Production Coordinator responsibilities, including financial tracking and reconciliations, setting up location shoots, and producing call sheets. Experience working with budgets using PMI is desirable.

Contract dates: 25th May – 25th September 2026

Location: Pre-production will take place in our central London office. The role will be based on location from August. Location accommodation will be discussed with shortlisted applicants.
