ROLE:  TRAVEL COORDINATORS

TRAVEL COORDINATOR 1 :  8 JUNE TO 2 JULY INC OVERSEAS SHOOT 26 JUNE-2 JULY

LOCATION: LONDON/EUROPE

PRODUCTION : RETURNING PRIMETIME GAME SHOW

South Shore x Vic Roye Talent are looking for very experienced Travel Coordinators to work on a Returning Primetime Game Show.

·         TC1 will be based in London with overseas shoot 26 June-2 July.

·         Hybrid role – mix of London office/WFH

We’re looking for people with strong experience in high-volume travel bookings, excellent communication skills when discussing travel options with contestants, and the ability to produce detailed, accurate itineraries at scale.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

? Previous experience on large scale UK ents studio game or quiz show

? Proven credits in the role, booking/coordinating international travel (flights/accommodation/visas), tracking production paperwork and logistics

? Brilliant attention to detail

? Experienced working as part of a collaborative and dynamic team

? Personable and passionate, with excellent communication skills

? Applicants for TC1 must hold a valid passport with an expiry date no earlier than 2 October 2026.
