Studio Lambert is seeking an experienced and highly organised Production Manager to join our team. We are looking for candidates with proven experience on quiz and/or game shows, with a comprehensive understanding of casting, diligence and welfare processes, as well as post-production. Knowledge of PMI would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Casting Oversight
- Manage the end-to-end casting process, including scheduling, budgeting, and logistics
- Oversee casting timelines, contributor paperwork, and compliance requirements
- Maintain clear communication between casting, editorial, and production teams
Post-Production Supervision
- Work closely with post-production teams to manage edit schedules and deliverables
- Track progress across offline and online edits, ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinate feedback between producers, editors, senior management and the broadcaster
- Oversee post budgets, including edit suites, graphics, and audio finishing
Production Management
- Create and manage detailed production schedules and budgets
- Oversee day-to-day production operations, managing budgets, cash and expenses
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Production Manager in television (entertainment or quiz formats preferred)
- Strong knowledge of casting workflows and post-production processes
- Excellent budgeting and scheduling skills
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with compliance, duty of care, and contributor management
Dates: mid-July 2026 to mid-February 2027
Location: This role is based in our central London office. The successful candidate will be required to work abroad for 2 weeks in September/October.
