Nest Productions is looking for a Senior Casting Producer to join the team on a returning dating reality series.

Applicants must have a strong track record of finding bold, standout contributors with genuine story potential.

We’d love to hear from people with experience on shows such as Too Hot To Handle, Love Island, Married at First Sight, Celebs Go Dating, or other high-profile reality and relationship formats.

?? Applicants should have: 

? a strong track record in reality casting and a flair for identifying contributors with both big character energy and genuine story potential

? confidence handling sensitive conversations around intimacy and consent

? a strong understanding of duty of care and contributor welfare

? excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team

? plenty of ideas for outreach and a flair for “needle in a haystack” casting

 ?? A strong understanding of duty of care and best practice when casting intimate content is essential.
