We are looking for an experienced Welfare Assistant Producer to join the team on BiggerStage.
Dates:Start: 27th April 2026 End: 17th May 2026
Location: Prep based in the UK, with filming on location in Ireland from 1st May – 17th May.
There will be dark days scheduled from 9th – 11th May, with the option to travel home if required.
Role Overview:
This is a key role supporting contributor care throughout production. You will be responsible for ensuring the wellbeing of contestants, acting as a point of contact, and helping to create a supportive, positive environment on set.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a Welfare AP (or similar) role
Strong people skills and the ability to build trust quickly
Calm, organised and empathetic approach
Experience working with contestants on quiz or game shows is highly desirable
Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion
