SESSION PRODUCER JOB ADVERT 

TV Mindset Freelancer Fest 2026 (in association with Action for Freelancers) are looking for experienced Producers/Production Managers to organise and produce sessions for our Festival. 

PRODUCTION: TV Mindset Freelance Fest 2026 (in association with Action for Freelancers)  

ROLE: Festival Session Producers (3/4 x London)  

DATES: TBC but part time (possibly 1 day a week from end of April/beg May until June 13th). The successful London candidates will need to be available on Saturday 13th June.

APPLICATION PROCESS DATES: Applications can be received from Thursday 26th March to 2nd April, 2026. Applicants will need to be available for an interview between April 20th-May 1st. Start date TBC

LOCATION: Remote/London

The role will include:

  1. Defining the editorial shape of the session and key areas of discussion
  2. Programming and producing sessions
  3. Booking and briefing panelists and organising logistics
  4. Ensuring all materials and presentations are complete and compliant   
  5. Collating speaker bios, headshots and release forms and other ad hoc admin
  6. Briefing the production team on technical requirements needed for the day 
  7. Liaising with our Production arm on travel arrangements and payments 
  8. During the Festival you’ll be responsible for meeting your speakers, getting them to the right place at the right time and live producing the session itself (if required).

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Must have a proven track record on location, studio or events environments.
  2. Must have experience in working as part of a collaborative and dynamic team.
  3. Must be personable, organised and passionate, with excellent communication skills and able to use initiative and work undirected.
  4. Must have a wealth of TV industry contacts and solid relationships within it.
  5. Previous experience producing festival sessions or events is desirable.
