Junior Production Manager (Welfare & Compliance)

Dates: 20th April to 22nd May 2026 4 days p/w in the office

Base: London & High Wycombe


The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing due diligence and managing paperwork for a large number of contributors. They must be confident reporting flags to their line manager and handling sensitive information, following GDPR guidelines.


  1. Previous JPM credits.
  2. Proven experience in high volume paperwork management and working to deadlines.
  3. Excellent contributor handling experience, with good judgement, sensitivity and a solid understanding of industry best practice.
  4. Not necessary but a good understanding of Welfare protocols.
  5. Organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace on a high-profile format.
  6. As this is a regional production it will require working 2 days per week out of our High Wycombe office.
  7. Applicant’s main base must be outside of the M25.
