ROLE:  DEVELOPMENT PRODUCER – ENTERTAINMENT/REALITY

DATES: ASAP START FOR 3 MONTHS INTIALLY

LOCATION: LONDON (4 days/week in office)

An ambitious, entertainment-first production company is looking for a talented Development Producer to join its growing team, working across a slate of bold, returnable formats spanning entertainment, reality, competition formats and comedy entertainment.

We’re looking for someone with a strong track record of generating and shaping ideas that cut through from big, scalable formats to fresh, talent-led concepts. You’ll be confident taking ideas from initial spark through to pitch-ready, with a sharp editorial eye and a clear sense of what makes entertainment land with a broad audience.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Developing original formats across entertainment and reality
2. Taking ideas from concept through to pitch-ready decks
3. Writing and designing compelling, standout pitch materials
4. Identifying and attaching on-screen talent
5. Responding to briefs from UK broadcasters and streamers
6. Collaborating with senior creatives to shape and elevate ideas

What we’re looking for:

1. Proven experience in TV development across entertainment and reality
2. A track record of sustained roles in development (rather than short stints between productions)
3. High confidence in writing and designing compelling pitch decks
4. A strong understanding of current trends across UK broadcasters and streamers
5. A proactive, ideas-driven mindset
6. Confidence working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
