Studio Lambert is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join the team on a new series. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced production environments and brings both leadership and problem-solving expertise to the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and overseeing large-scale set and location shoots
- Managing production schedules and ensuring deadlines are met
- Overseeing budgets and maintaining cost control
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements
- Leading and coordinating a production team
- Managing logistics and resolving production challenges efficiently
About You
- Proven experience as a Production Manager on large-scale productions
- Strong scheduling and budget management skills
- Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
- Confident overseeing and motivating large teams
- A self-starter who can work independently
- Friendly, approachable, and resourceful
Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Dates: mid-April to mid-Oct 2026 (with possible extension)
Location: Pre-production will take place in our central London office.
Location work will be required for the shoot which is scheduled to take place in the autumn. Exact dates TBC
