ROLE:  SENIOR GAMES PRODUCER (LARGE-SCALE COMPETITION)

LOCATION: LONDON (4 DAYS IN THE OFFICE)

Vic Roye Talent is working with Studio Ramsay Global on a high-profile one-off special for a major US streamer, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Games Producer to lead on the design and delivery of ambitious physical games and obstacle-led competition.

This is a premium, large-scale studio production operating at international level. We’re seeking someone who can bring fresh, contemporary instincts to premium entertainment, alongside a proven track record in designing, building and producing high-impact physical challenges that are spectacular, safe and editorially robust.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked on major physical competition formats such as Gladiators, Wipeout, Ninja Warrior UK or similarly ambitious obstacle-course and endurance-led entertainment especially those who understand how to balance scale with pace, personality and a lightness of touch.

The Role

·Lead the development and execution of large-scale physical games and obstacle courses

·Oversee gameplay mechanics from concept through build and studio delivery

·Ensure challenges are visually spectacular, editorially strong and production-feasible

·Work closely with production design, H&S, editorial, engineering teams and senior execs

·Pressure-test games for jeopardy, fairness, pace and clarity

·Balance creative ambition with technical rigour and safety standards

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

·Has hands-on experience producing large-scale obstacle or physical competition formats

·Understands spatial design, flow, camera coverage and contestant experience

·Has operated at senior level within complex studio builds

·Is comfortable working with US streamer stakeholders

·Combines creative thinking with strong logistical and technical oversight

·Leads calmly and decisively in high-pressure production environments

·Has experience working on formats with humour, funny bones or a light-hearted tone alongside spectacle
