Box to Box is looking for an exceptional Series Editor / Show Runner to lead a returning premium series for a global streamer.

This is high-end, glossy, authored programming with story firmly at its heart. We are looking for a bold, instinctive storyteller, someone who knows how to shape narrative across multiple episodes while maintaining absolute clarity of vision.

The Role

As Show Runner, you will:

  1. Lead and protect the creative vision across the series
  2. Shape compelling story arcs across multiple edits
  3. Oversee complex post-production with confidence and precision
  4. Work closely with execs, editors and senior production teams
  5. Hold the tone, pace and narrative cohesion across episodes
  6. Stay calm, decisive and solutions-focused under pressure

This is senior creative leadership but it’s also hands-on. You will be comfortable getting into the detail when needed, steadying the ship, making clear editorial calls and ensuring delivery at the highest level.

About You

You will bring:

  1. Significant experience delivering premium series for major streamers
  2. A track record of polished, cinematic, high-end programming
  3. Deep editorial judgement and first-class story instincts
  4. Experience holding multiple edits together simultaneously
  5. Calm authority and credibility with senior stakeholders
  6. The ability to elevate, not just execute

You understand that great storytelling isn’t accidental. It’s shaped, protected and refined episode by episode.
