Development Producer (Reality & Entertainment)

Location: Dublin or London

Contract: 6-month fixed term (initially)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global, creatively ambitious company making serious moves in the entertainment space.

We’re looking for a Development Producer with a strong background in creating formats across reality and entertainment - someone who can dream big, think fast, and shape ideas into pitch-ready gold. You’ll be hands-on across ideation, story engines, challenges, and all the materials needed to bring standout formats to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Generating original ideas across reality, entertainment, and digital-first formats
  2. Developing format beats, series arcs, character journeys, and overall narrative flow
  3. Creating unique, clever, and scalable reality challenges
  4. Writing clear, punchy pitch decks, treatments, and sizzle scripts
  5. Contributing to brainstorms and responding to creative briefs at pace
  6. Keeping across trends, emerging platforms, and global entertainment landscapes
  7. Helping to shape brand-new IP from the early embryo through to pitch

What We’re Looking For

  1. Proven experience as a format developer across reality and/or entertainment
  2. A demonstrable track record developing large-scale reality formats
  3. Excellent writing skills, fast, clear, compelling, and visually minded
  4. Confidence building challenges, games, mechanics, rules, and competition structures
  5. Ability to work independently and proactively in a hybrid working environment
  6. Experience developing digital/social-first formats is a bonus
