Studio Lambert is looking for a Junior Production Manager to work on a returning, competition-based reality series for a major network. Ideal candidates will have worked on large-scale, factual-entertainment or reality projects and have experience managing travel logistics for large numbers of people. Previous experience working with budgets in PMI would be beneficial. This position would suit those who thrive in fast-paced production environments. Responsibilities of the role will include:

1. Managing large numbers of travel and accommodation bookings, and overseeing the associated schedule/budget
2. Assisting the Production Manager with casting and diligence processes
3. Establishing and running casting auditions
4. Managing the junior team, including Production Coordinators and Production Secretaries
5. Recruiting Production Runners

Contract dates: 27^th April – 23^rd October 2026

Office location for pre-production: This role is open to candidates who can work out of Glasgow, London or Manchester for pre-production. Please confirm your preferred location in your cover letter.

Filming location: This role will be based on location for approximately eight consecutive weeks from mid-August to mid-October 2026.

The ability to drive is desirable but not essential for this role. Please state if you hold a clean driving licence and consider yourself to be a confident driver.
