ROLE:    SENIOR AP/JUNIOR PRODUCER       

DATES:  26th JANUARY – 13th MARCH 2026 4 DAYS PER WEEK, WITH POTENTIAL TO BE FULL-TIME FROM 16th MARCH 2026 FOR 13 WEEKS

BASE:               LONDON & HIGH WYCOMBE 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reality and targeted casting, with a genuine love of story and a thorough understanding of contributor welfare protocols. They must be confident handling sensitive storylines across a wide age range and able to manage contributors end-to-end. From profile creation and casting through to producing on the ground.

  1. Very experienced in casting reality and/or dating shows
  2. Proven experience in targeted casting, including sourcing, outreach and conducting phone interviews
  3. Confident shooting and cutting casting tapes
  4. A strong digital content creator, with experience creating engaging dating profiles for social media.
  5. Excellent contributor handling and welfare experience, with good judgement, sensitivity and a solid understanding of industry best practice
  6. Strong editorial judgement, able to spot story potential, chemistry and red flags early
  7. Organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace on a high-profile format
  8. There could also be an opportunity to shoot on location for confident shooters
  9. As this is a regional production it will require working 2 days per week out of our High Wycombe office.
