CPL Productions are seeking experienced Casting Producers / APs / Researchers to join an our fast-paced reality entertainment series.

The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in casting compelling contributors for dating-style reality shows, with a strong understanding of outreach strategies and contributor sourcing. You’ll be confident identifying, approaching, and securing standout characters, and bringing fresh, diverse voices to screen.

Dates: Feb - July 2026

Location: London office (around 3 x days p/week)
