About the Role

Vic Roye Talent is delighted to be offering up this exciting opportunity with a new independent production company based in South London.

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Office Runner / Team Assistant to join their growing team.

This is a hands-on role supporting the CEO, Creative Director and Head of Production with diary and travel management, alongside general office support and coordination. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is eager to grow within the unscripted TV industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Diary Management: Coordinate and manage busy diaries for the CEO, Creative Director, and Head of Production, ensuring meetings and priorities are well-organised.
  2. Travel & Logistics: Arrange travel and accommodation for the senior team, both in the UK and internationally, with attention to detail and forward planning.
  3. Office Operations: Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office, assisting with general administrative and operational tasks.
  4. Office Coordination: Manage local office-related tasks such as document drop-offs, collections, and inter-office deliveries. Oversee kitchen supplies, organise internal social events, and reconcile office expenses.
  5. Workspace Management: Maintain a tidy, well-stocked, and professional office environment.
  6. Onboarding Support: Assist with welcoming new joiners, managing equipment distribution, and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
  7. Production Support: Work closely with the Head of Production to support office planning for productions and update the production schedule on a monthly basis.
  8. Team Support: Provide flexible administrative and production support across teams when needed.
