ROLE : EXECUTIVE PRODUCER OR DEVELOPMENT EXEC 

Vic Roye Talent is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Producer or Development Exec to spearhead the development of a new show for a major UK based Entertainment brand.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in high energy environments and is passionate about shaping engaging entertainment content. The successful candidate will bring creativity, resilience, and outstanding editorial judgement to drive a bold and ambitious project.

Contract: Starting 10 November for 6 weeks initially, with potential for extension

Base: London office with some capacity for WFH

Key Requirements:

1. Proven experience in developing and producing performance and music-based shows. 
2. Track record of strong creative vision and show development. 
3. Confident and effective at pitching concepts to networks and commissioners. 
4. Ability to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines
5. Hybrid working: mix of office and WFH.
