ROLE : DEVELOPMENT EXEC

Vic Roye Talent is seeking a highly motivated and creative Development Exec to join the team at a major UK based Entertainment brand.

Contract: Starting 10 November for 6 weeks initially, with potential for extension

London office with some capacity for WFH

Key Requirements:

1. Experienced Dev Exec with proven track record of commissions. 
2. Specialised in entertainment formats, primarily focused on performance/music
3. Proven expertise in developing engaging reality formats that resonate with diverse audiences.
4. Skilled at crafting ideas that will appeal to both UK and US broadcasters. 
5. Experienced in pitching and collaborating with leading streaming platforms.
6. Equally confident working independently and leading a small, dynamic development team
7. Highly proficient in creating compelling decks, sizzles and delivering top class pitch materials. 
8. Hybrid working: mix of office (London) and WFH.
