After Party Studios is looking for a highly organised and proactive Post-Production Coordinator to join our busy and creative post team.

Contract: 3 months initially, starting early November 2025
Location: London - 4 days in the office / 1 day WFH
Role Overview
We’re looking for someone who thrives on coordination and detail, acting as a key link between our Post Producer, editors, GFX, sound, and production teams.
You’ll help manage workflow, version control, and delivery across all stages of post-production.
Key Responsibilities
Post Workflow & Scheduling
- Support the Post Producer in managing the day-to-day post schedule.
- Maintain and update the master post tracker (edit, GFX, sound mix, QC, delivery).
- Keep calendar invites, Frame.io links, and delivery sheets up to date.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as first point of contact for editors, GFX, and sound freelancers regarding deadlines and notes.
- Circulate weekly post updates (what’s in cut, what’s mixing, what’s due for QC/delivery).
- Track commissioner notes and update spreadsheets accordingly.
Deliverables & Compliance
- Support final delivery, ensuring exports meet spec and are correctly labelled and uploaded (Frame.io / Silvermouse / client portals).
- Collate and input music cue sheets, usage, and licensing info.
- Double-check all files for accuracy before delivery (spelling, sound levels, correct GFX, etc.).
Version Management & Tracking
- Manage Frame.io version control across RC, FC, PL, and QC stages.
- Keep detailed records of note rounds and sign-offs.
- Update internal trackers to reflect latest approvals and statuses.
Post Resources
- Monitor freelancer days and availability, keeping the team updated on usage and upcoming needs.
- Help onboard new editors and GFX artists (sending drives and relevant info).
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in a post or production coordination role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Frame.io, Google Sheets, and general file management systems.
