All3Media is seeking a Talent Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-paced Talent Team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for researching and sourcing freelancers, tracking their availability, and assisting with junior-level recruitment across all scripted and unscripted genres. You’ll also provide vital support to the Head of Talent, maintain and update the talent database, and collaborate closely with the wider team to help discover emerging talent.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to build a career in talent management. We’re looking for a highly organised individual who thrives under pressure and can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Ideally you will have experience in production or editorial and have a genuine passion for television from reality shows to high-end drama. Strong research skills and a commitment to supporting greater inclusivity in the industry are essential.

Essential Skills:

• Good research skills

• Excellent communication

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills

• IT literate - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & others as required

• Familiarity with social media outreach

• An eye for detail

• Good time management and the ability to prioritise

• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a small team

• Flexible approach

• Ability to work outside core hours to meet specific work demands, including attending out-of-hours networking events
