Base: Remote or Cardiff office
Contract: ASAP to Jan 2026

- Have a proven track record of casting for fact-ent/reality shows
- Can source brilliant, diverse contestants with great stories
- Thrive under pressure and can manage high-volume casting within tight deadlines
- Work collaboratively with editorial and production teams to deliver top-tier talent
