New Pictures seek to recruit an organized, reliable and pro-active individual, with a passion for scripted content, to join the team as the In-House Production Runner and Office Assistant.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake a range of duties and administrative tasks which may include:
· Being the first point of contact for general telephone and email communications, handling enquiries from colleagues, agents, broadcasters, suppliers and members of the public.
· Administrative support to the Production Team and Executive Assistants such as travel and courier bookings, logging of talent availability and general IT trouble-shooting.
· Maintain the general upkeep of the office striving to create a well organized, positive and comfortable working environment for staff and guests.
· Managing the company’s meeting room schedule and providing a warm welcome and appropriate hospitality for guests, colleagues and meetings.
· Support the set-up and smooth running of company functions, publicity screenings and seasonal social events.
· Maintaining logs of on-site production deliverable materials and storage.
· Responsibility for reconciling your company expenditure.
