BBC Studios Entertainment are looking for a Part-Time Production Coordinator (3 days pw) to work on BBC 1’s flagship series, Countryfile.

Contract: 6 months PAYE, from late September/early October 2025 to March 2026 (3 days pw).

Location: Bristol-based, with a minimum of one day per week in the Bridgewater House office (BS1).

This role focuses exclusively on managing the post-production paperwork for Countryfile, a year-round series airing weekly. It’s a key position requiring strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

We are looking for someone with:

  1. Proven experience in post-production paperwork including Silvermouse.
  2. Knowledge of archive and copyright clearances, Albert tracking and completing all broadcaster paperwork deliverables.
  3. The ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues or seek guidance.
