This is an exciting role for an analytical and organised individual to join the Insight team at one of the UK’s leading production companies.  The successful candidate will be working alongside the Senior Vice President of Insight and the Insight Manager in supporting UK production and international sales with performance analysis, market intelligence and audience feedback.  This is a great opportunity to learn on the job and work with a broad range of stakeholders on varied projects.  

Key Responsibilities will include: 

  1. Monitoring performance of All3Media programmes and communicating regular ratings updates to the wider business;
  2. Responding to ad hoc requests from UK production executives, using imaginative ways of communicating insights or analysis;
  3. Producing programme specific sales documents that highlight the success of our content;
  4. Working closely with All3Media International, in particular the Sales and Formats teams, supporting commercial conversations with clients and proactively responding to business needs;
  5. Supporting the Insight Manager with research projects as and when they arise, as well as managing ad hoc projects themselves;
  6. Providing administrative support to the SVP and working with the Finance team to manage the administration of Purchase Orders; and
  7. Liaising with external providers of Insight tools as appropriate.

The successful candidate will need to be a natural team player, passionate about television, an appetite to learn and demonstrate the following:

  1. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  3. A high degree of numeracy and analytical mind;
  4. Ability to use initiative and work independently;
  5. Strong interpersonal skill base, with an ability to build and maintain good working; relationships with key stakeholders from across the All3Media Group;
  6. Ability to multitask, work to tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  7. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel);
  8. Demonstrate agility for learning new systems and software;  and
  9. An understanding of BARB would be an advantage but not essential.
