Are you an experienced Assistant Producer or Producer from an underrepresented background who’s eager to gain vital experience in the edit? This career progression opportunity is designed to help you take the next step towards becoming an edit producer.

Amazon and Studio Lambert are looking for someone with strong location and storytelling skills—someone who's worked on high-quality factual entertainment, travelogues, or adventure formats, ideally with experience working with on-screen talent in remote or challenging environments. While not essential, an interest in cars is a bonus.

This four-month placement is not a shadowing role. You will be embedded in the edit, contributing to writing story notes, viewing rushes, shaping narrative, and assembling timelines—learning on the job, while also supporting the Series Editor and edit team. You will be supported along the way, helping you build the editorial confidence and skills needed to take that critical next step in your career.

This programme is open to individuals from underrepresented backgrounds, including (but not limited to) those who are:

You must be available from 8th September – 19th December 2025.

The role is based in a London edit suite.
