Do you have a super-human eye for detail and an unrivalled visual memory? Are you a film and TV fan with a geeky obsession for world cinema or niche film references? Are you an aspiring editor or archive specialist? We’re looking for an edit assistant to join our development team – principally working with our in-house editor, sourcing the perfect material for our promos and sizzles.

As our in-house edit assistant, you’ll be at the heart of facilitating high-end, emotionally charged edits across a wide range of unscripted genres, from glossy factual entertainment to epic gameshows and dramatic reality formats.

We’re looking for someone really pro-active, who will spend their days in hot pursuit of the perfect clips – making our sizzles stand out from the crowd – who can think laterally about where we source our material, whether that’s from the world of film, TV, international ads, various archive libraries and beyond. This role might suit someone with ambitions to be an editor, as you’ll learn from our in-house editor, we’re also keen to hear from people who bring additional visual skills e.g. animation or graphic design. This role might also appeal to archive researchers with a little black book of archive contacts we could utilise for new projects.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping turn new ideas into bold, cinematic, emotionally charged edits that rival blockbuster promos.

You might not have worked in TV/development before – maybe you’ve created video for social or edited personal projects – but if you thrive on storytelling and love helping to craft eye-popping visuals, we’d love to hear from you.
