South Shore is looking for a Senior Producer to join our team on an exciting new BBC Three documentary series.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, story-rich environments and has a passion for observational documentary. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, resilience, and strong editorial judgment to a bold and ambitious project.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

?? Experience filming abroad – especially in challenging or unpredictable environments.

???Compliance & Duty of Care – skilled in handling sensitive contributors and navigating complex compliance scenarios.

??Strong story producer – able to identify, shape, and evolve compelling narratives throughout the production process.

??Casting experience – essential. You should have a sharp eye for talent and a deep understanding of character-led storytelling.

??Obs doc sensibilities – with a flair for authenticity, tone, and nuance that resonates with BBC Three’s youth audience.

We’re looking for someone with a collaborative spirit who can hit the ground running and bring their expertise and energy to a passionate team.
