ROLE: Series Editor

DATES: Late Feb 2025 to Mid-May 2025 (With a possible extension to the end of the year)

BASE: London

1. Proven experience as a Series Producer, Story Producer, and Edit Producer in constructed reality programming.
2. Oversee story-producing, tracking cast interactions and shaping narrative arcs from production to post.
3. Work closely with the field team and editors to refine drama, character development, and episode structure.
4. Manage the edit process, ensuring compelling storytelling, emotional engagement, and consistent pacing.
5. Manage the viewing schedule and view rough cuts, providing editorial notes to maintain tone, authenticity, and high production values.
